The Flagstaff Link
Membership Information
In order to better serve our users and clients, we have developed The
Flagstaff Link Membership System. This provides centralized storage of
information to make your Flagstaff Link Experience a little more
enjoyable.
What is a Flagstaff Link Membership
Whenever you make a puchase on one of Vendor's sites or place a
classified ad (or store other information you may later need to change),
you will need to provide basic information. This usually includes your name,
billing address, and email. It may also include shipping information and
payment information.
To simplify your shopping experience, much of this information can be stored
centrally so online forms are automatically filled when you are shopping. When
you create an account at a Vendor the information and your registration are
stored by The Flagstaff Link. On subsequent purchases this information is
automatically retrieved for you.
What Happens with my Registration
Your registration is stored on our servers and is provided to you only
to submit to our Vendors. We do not release this information to our Vendors
or any other party. You have the sole discretion to diseminate your
information.
Do I Have to be a Member to ...?
If you were asked to login, yes. Our Vendors generally do not store customer
information on our servers. By providing them with a centralized registration
system they are relieved of the task of authentication and data retrival and
we can reduce space consumption on our systems. If you do not want to
register with us you can place orders with most of our Vendors by
phone.
What if I forgot my Username?
When asked for your Username or password, make your best guess as to what it
is. If you get it wrong, a screen will appear letting you know it's wrong.
If you gave us your email when you registered, you can click the 'I forgot
my User ID or Password' link to receive both via e-mail.
Can I Change my Registration Information?
Yes. Usually, when you are asked to login you have an option to
"change default information". This will update your Membership
Registration and all future logins. You do this from our Member
Services from the link on our home page.
What if I Want to Delete my Account?
Because we want you to have complete control of your account,
we allow you to delete in from our Member Services. Access is from
the link on our home page.
